Are you a skilled cost accountant with a strong background in the manufacturing industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Cost Accountant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the project leader, who is financially minded, to ensure smooth project management and cost control.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure they align with established budgets.
  • Provide analytical support and insights on project costs and budgeting.
  • Manage and reconcile cost data using SAP and Excel.
  • Handle ad hoc cost accounting responsibilities as needed.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in cost and project accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the project leader and other team members.
  • Meticulous approach to managing and analyzing project costs.
