About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the Whitehaven Coal Gunnedah Open Cut Maintenance team. Responsible for Vickery and Gunnedah Basin Haulage Maintenance Admin tasks, providing high-level administrative support for smooth team operations. This position is based locally in the Gunnedah region.

What You'll Do

  • Manage team timesheets
  • Open and close work orders
  • Support Operations Manager with administrative tasks
  • Liaise with vendors for invoices & quotes
  • Assist with repairs scheduling / system updates for NHVR compliance
  • Upload training documents / manage skills register

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in clerical and administration, ideally holding qualifications in Office Administration – Cert III or IV
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Background in maintenance workshop environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Pulse Software preferred
