Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Supervisor to join our team at the Gunnedah Branch. In this role, you will oversee Service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Your keen attention to detail and multitasking skills will play a key role in this position. You will be based at the Gunnedah Branch from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently manage scheduled and unscheduled work
  • Handle quotations, invoicing, and supplier payments
  • Monitor financial and productivity performance
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Coordinate with different departments and suppliers
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Enthusiasm and motivation
  • Experience in budget management
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Technical knowledge of mining equipment
  • Administration and database management experience
