Qantas Freight is Australia's largest independent air freight services business, getting over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.


You'll have:

  • 3+ years' experience in the areas of Business or Systems Analysis, Product or IT Support or related disciplines, with a focus on Privacy, Compliance, Cyber and Resilience
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Able to work crossfunctionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Business acumen and knowledge
  • Adaptability and innovation
  • Experience, on ensuring information confidentiality and protecting customers data
  • Ability to reduce risk posture, work with suppliers and Cyber teams to implement security improvements by constantly assessing situation, evaluating and anticipating requirements
  • Experience in security management practices, risk management, vulnerability management and penetration testing
  • Exposure in nonfunctional design and testing to ensure products are secure by design and have appropriate level of resilience
  • Knowledge of Air Cargo or Logistics business domain desirable
  • Proven track record of operating in IT Delivery environments from concept to BAU
  • Basic to Expert (varies by desired level) understanding and use of modern delivery frameworks and their methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, humancentred design, multivariate testing, continuous improvement, test automation and others
  • Experience in Operations and / or working in ongoing product lifecycle
