The Role


An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Coordinator to join their team on a Permanent full-time basis.


Under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service to Village residents and visitors.

You will have excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.

This diverse role will ensure no two days are the same.

This role will see you interacting with residents, assisting on village projects, coordinate maintenance of the village, monitoring EHS compliance and assisting with events and & village wellbeing programs.

Your Background- A professional, proactive, can-do attitude- Demonstrated administration experience- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)- Previous experience working with the elderly will be highly regarded- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)- Exposure to coordinating Workplace Health & Safety is desirable- Basic accounting/ finance processing experience is desirable
