About the role


The role assists with the management and the implementation of quality assurance processes across Training Services NSW's Smart and Skilled programs to ensure Providers are compliant with the Smart and Skilled Contract and students receive quality training.


Key knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Essential requirements of the role

  • Successful completion or willingness to undertake the Certificate IV in Government Investigations, preferable with the Compliance endorsement or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Successful completion or willingness to undertake the relevant Skills Set in the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
