About this Opportunity


We are looking for a hungry, results-orientated partnership professional to join our team who has a flair for building relationships and seizing commercial opportunities.

You will be part of a fast-growing company in a dynamic and fast-paced industry working with market-leading brands to drive commercial growth.


In this role, you will work closely with the Partnerships Manager and be responsible for executing and overseeing trade marketing solutions to marketing objectives.

You will be a people person regularly interacting with Mumbrella's client base and internal partners to build relationships to retain business and grow revenue.

You will have a passion for providing solutions to marketing challenges and be a highly organised supportive team player.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with Mumbrella's existing client base to secure revenue and campaigns for Mumbrella's website, eNewsletter, eDM, Mumbrella's event portfolio, and our custom content division, Mumbrella Bespoke
  • Achieve personal financial targets each quarter and work collaboratively with your peers in the sales team to achieve group financial targets
  • Managing a broad portfolio of client relationships across Mumbrella's existing clients and new client prospects
  • Building relationships with Mumbrella's clients from tier 1 to tier 3 industry relationships and partnerships
  • Working with Mumbrella's Partnership Manager, Group Partnership Manager and Commercial Director to build trade schedules and proposal responses to briefs set by clients
  • Account manage the delivery of trade schedules and work with and service Mumbrella's client portfolio
  • Be the daytoday contact for Mumbrella's clients for trade, sponsorships, and on occasion, bespoke
  • Implementing the delivery of sales assets and resources for the partnerships team
  • Acting up as the digital operations manager in the digital operations manager's absence

About you

  • Selfmotivated with 23 years account management, customer service, and/or events experience (media & marketing preferred)
  • Ability to work in a small, busy team with demanding timelines
  • Highly driven and curious with a passion for winning
  • Positive and tenacious with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships to build commercially driven partnerships for existing and new clients
  • A background or understanding in digital and/or events is preferred
  • An interest in the media & marketing sector is preferred
