  • Understand and support all project functional groups in Project procedures;
  • Interrogating the PLP Library, project specific procedures and templates to develop & format documents using the correct project template and accurately registering the documents in the EDMS;
  • Supporting all project participants in complying with project procedures and using the EDMS to capture project documents;
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, planning and booking travel, arranging for translations of minutes of meetings, and reports;
  • Correspondence and other nontechnical documents as required, office management duties as required, reception duties as required;
  • Assisting in the training of other PSCs in project processes and EDMS tools.

You bring to the role:

  • Typing speed: minimum 60 words per minute
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat/PDF Xchange
  • Demonstrated ability to learn other software tools
  • Competent use of office tools (copiers, fax machines, telephone systems)
  • Solid knowledge of document management systems and engineering processes and procedures will be highly regarded
  • Experience in working within a team and proven communication/interpersonal skills to build relationships with the immediate and remote team members
  • Can adapt to changes, multitask, prioritize and is detailedorientated
  • Ability to problem solve and able to work under mínimal supervision
