Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program and Project Manager, Pinch Point Program (PPP) and Congested Intersections Program (CIP) with tasks, including finances, task tracking, progress updates, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution etc.
  • Assist the Project Manager (PPP and CIP) with:
  • Developing and maintaining project control documents such as Project Mandates, Project Information sheets, Project Scoping documents, risk and issues registers, project schedules and Communication Plans
  • Developing work engagement documents such as WAFs, PSA, RFSs, design briefs and assisting with engagement of suppliers for design services
  • Management of design review processes, including obtaining and processing design reviews between stakeholders, suppliers and users.
  • Scheduling and attending meetings (face to face and MS Teams), developing agendas, recording distributing minutes, follow up actions.
  • Develop program and project related briefing notes and presentations
  • Develop project completion reports and project memorandums
  • Project manage small to medium projects (mostly civil and ITS projects) to successful completion including the development of detailed project plans, benefit/cost analysis and engagement content, reporting on these.
  • Produce project reports including tracking progress on milestones, finances etc and create project / program templates for reporting and tracking program status.
  • Populate and maintain program and project risk and issue registers.
  • Undertake occasional site inspections on the Perth road network with members of the team
