The Position:
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of various project aspects. This involves setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and monitoring the progress of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BMS projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to grasp their needs, outline project scopes, and establish deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee efficient project execution and successful delivery.
- Create project timetables, allocate resources, and estimate costs accurately.
- Track project advancement, identify potential risks and challenges, and devise strategies to address them.
- Hold regular project status meetings, keep stakeholders informed, and maintain clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle project documentation, such as contracts, technical specifications, and change orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time procurement of necessary equipment and materials.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities, making sure they align with project requirements and meet client expectations.
- Offer technical support and guidance to the project team, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in Building Services Management.
- Proven track record in a similar Project Manager role within the BMS Industry.
- Ability to devise and implement strategies for margin enhancement.
- Proficient in budget development and execution.
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
