Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, schedule, and control technical activities to ensure predictable fulfillment of planned activities with efficient utilization of available resources.
  2. Establish and maintain customer satisfaction by setting expectations and providing the expected value in accordance with contract technical specifications.
  3. Monitor and manage project technical matters to meet or improve on contract deliverables.
  4. Communicate appropriate information to customers and other stakeholders in a timely manner and achieve desired understanding.
  5. Manage scope, including the collection and management of all project technical issues, whether just a question, a change, or a claim.
  6. Identify, contain, and reduce risk, ensuring that all opportunities for customer satisfaction, gross margin improvement, and/or project growth are captured and acted upon.
  7. Ensure safe working procedures and practices are followed at all times, including the wearing and maintenance of assigned Personal Protective Equipment.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Electrical (or recognized equivalent).
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in management of scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
  • Solid experience managing projects, ideally managing complex projects and different contractual types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail.
