New pipeline construction projects and continuous growth mean we have an opportunity for long term employment with an industry leader.

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Kurri Kurri.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of all works completed onsite to ensure required quality and productivity
  • Managing all aspects of construction for your own live project and be reporting into the Project Manager or Superintendent
  • Monitoring and controlling all aspects of health and safety
  • Keeping accurate records of production, providing reports on works completed.
  • Coordinating tasks and ensuring adherence to safe work method statements and risk assessments
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal team to achieve productive outcomes for the project
  • Providing reports on works completed
  • Resourcing plant and material for the works including programming the works

About you

  • Earthworks experience is essential
  • 5 years + experience in a production & supervisory role
  • Extensive commitment and understanding to all matters relating health, safety and environment
  • Have the ability and experience to run direct and subcontract labour teams safely and productively
  • Be practicalminded and work with handson approach coupled with excellent communication and people skills
  • You must be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace
  • Be able to work to deadlines
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
