THE ROLE

  • Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests upon arrival;
  • You will be a part of an authentically guestcentric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job;
  • The activation and recognition of loyalty will be taken to a new level at this property and driven through a wholehotel approach;
  • Ensure strict procedures are followed in regards to guest transportation, luggage collection and storage, and guest confidentiality and;
  • Ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates and general hotel information.

THE CRITERIA

  • Prior Concierge experience is essential due to the preopening nature of the role.
  • Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
  • Accor experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
  • Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and development
  • Flexible in the role your duties may vary from day to day as required by Management
  • Front Desk duties and Concierge.
