  • Requirements analysis and translation into solution design.
  • Solution configuration· Oracle Certified expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools (version 8.51 or above) and Campus (version 9.2 or above) software

  • Become an integral member of the digital application support team
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance activities for the customers systems
  • Implement changes, enhancements and small projects
  • Provide technical advice and leadership
  • Manage internal ticketing and support systems
