Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure with
Guardian? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a
Curriculum Mentor.


In this role, you will collaborate with our Network team to strategically support and prioritize the needs of our centres.

Your contributions will directly impact the achievement of broader Guardian initiatives and projects, as well as the successful implementation and communication of these initiatives throughout our network.


Your role will also involve contributing to the development of support tools and resources for our centre teams, as well as establishing partnerships with other business functions where relevant.


As a Curriculum Mentor at Guardian, you will serve as a role model and advocate for the Guardian purpose, mindsets, and guiding principles in all aspects of your work.


About you:


We are seeking someone who has experience working across multiple centre locations (this could be as an Area Manager or Portfolio Manager or other role types) and has a strong passion for focusing on Curriculum and Mentoring.
