The Position:

  • Dynamic and varied role
  • Interact with customers & field technicians
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Database
  • Prepare standardized quotes
  • General sales admin tasks, including report analysis
  • Located in Hervey Bay, Queensland

About You:

Seeking a fast learner with keen attention to detail. Preferably with:

  • Prior admin experience, ideally in a trades setting
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with good time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team player yet capable of autonomous work
  • Keen on learning
  • Experience with Pronto is a plus
