About your new role
In this role, you will be reporting to the Associate Planning Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to the following –
•Managing overall inventory in your portfolio, strategic planning
•Planning and executing procurement of finished goods
•Proactive communication with internal stakeholders around supply and lead times
•Managing planning parameters for your portfolio including ABC classification
•Setting of optimal safety stock levels, minimum order quantity, lead time, and product launch
•Maintaining all relevant documentation, driving lead initiatives and continuous improvement and adhering to company standards
About you
•Strong experience within procurement, procurement or distribution, ideally within the medical industry
•Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
•Knowledge of Lean concepts, desirable if you possess Lean Certification
•Strong communication skills, written and verbal
•Strong technology skills across MS Office Suite, ERP systems and Quality Management System
•Proactive by nature with a strong desire to establish a long term career
