We are seeking Disability Support Workers to assist our clients across New South Wales, specifically in Lismore, Ballina, and Tweed Heads.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to the industry, you are welcome to apply.

What we offer:

  • Full-time position with a minimum of 38 hours per week
  • Hourly wage ranging from $32.00 to $49.99*
  • Employee Benefits package
  • Superannuation contribution
  • Additional payment for penalty rates

*Hourly rate depends on qualifications and experience

What we need from you:

  • NDIS Worker's Screening Check or valid Yellow Card
  • Blue Card is preferable
  • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Recent Police Check
  • Documentation proving you have the right to work in Australia (such as an Australian Passport, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate, or VISA rights verified through VEVO)
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
  • Flu Vaccine documentation
  • Prior experience in the Disability Sector (either through paid employment or voluntary work)
