Disability Support Worker

Female Worker Only - requested by client/family
- Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English
- Full Drivers Licence and Insured Car must provide documents

- First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
- Working with children check
- Recent Police Check
- NDISWC
- Paid trial (no longer than 2 days) to help me/client decide.
- No issues with personal care (changing nappies/showering/feeding)
Client:14yr old female, Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 2, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Oppositional defiant disorder, Severe anxiety resulting in pseudo-seizures (non-epileptic). Client's pseudo-seizure occur daily, generally between 2pm and 7pm and can last up to 3 hours, Medication resistant epilepsy, Acquired brain injury as an infant (hydrocephalus, brain tumour, brain surgery).
Preferred Worker:
Must speak/read/write fluent English, fun, caring, good heart, friendly, easy to talk to.
Pay rate:
$31.60/hr - $40.26/hr (weekdays) - depending on experience
Start Date:
ASAP
Experience not long as they are interested in the Disability Industry with good heart.
