About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Lifestyles team. As a Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and working short, split shifts required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistance with daily living, including personal care and domestic assistance
  • Maintaining and monitoring person-centred plans
  • Documenting and progress note keeping
  • Community access and transport, utilizing your own vehicle
Requirements
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities
  • Confidence and experience in manual handling and providing personal care
  • Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Willingness to complete basic household chores
  • Passion for delivering Person-Centred care
