This marketing role is responsible for developing and executing customer marketing / lending initiatives to our existing Card Members in Australia and New Zealand, to billed business across the Proprietary Card Services portfolio.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Lending, this role will suit someone who enjoys a diverse, fast-paced, and results-driven environment. Offering a high level of exposure across multiple marketing channels.

This role requires an individual with superior attention to detail, a focus on the customer, and a proven ability to effectively deliver multiple initiatives in parallel.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across traditional offline and digital channels to drive increase spend and lend penetration for the Australian and New Zealand International Cards Business.
  • Manage relationship with internal partner and product teams to ensure accurate Card information and partner support of campaigns.
  • Project management of new capability development and backend system enhancement to drive improved channel performance.
  • Reporting, campaign analytics, insights and testing (offer and segmentation) across channels
  • Manage relationship with internal data teams to ensure on time and accurate delivery of data for marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure quality of work and on time delivery of creative assets.
  • Build and leverage positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver business results.

Critical competencies:

  • Marketing / business tertiary qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in marketing or similar discipline
  • Digital Marketing and campaign management experience
  • Project management skills proficient at time management and campaign coordination
  • Superior multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise effectively
  • Solutionoriented individual with superior analytical, creative and problem solving skills
  • Strong communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to drive results and innovation in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Must be a team player and customer advocate
  • Knowledge of Credit Cards, services and benefits, and/or understanding of the Financial Services Industry viewed favourably
