_As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:_
- Gathering information and conducting analysis on market trends and competitor actions to support and inform decision making
- Contributing to the preparation of marketing reports, including sales mapping and buyer profiling
- Contributing to the design, development, and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, press releases, audiovisual materials, and technical product/service displays
- Performing a wide range of administrative duties as directed, including liaising with external service providers, organizing forums and presentations, setting up meetings, and booking venues for marketing events and campaigns
_To succeed in this role, you must possess the following attributes:_
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, and/or public relations
- Experience in a marketing role and/or fundamental knowledge and understanding of Construction, Property Development, Investment Management, and Retirement Living industries
- Analytical skills with the ability to carry out research and interpret data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with welldeveloped writing skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Competencies in decisionmaking, interpersonal abilities, planning and organizing, problemsolving and analytical thinking, verbal communications, and written communications
