We are hiring immediately a Commercial Administrator ; a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.
The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Energy Services team .
Your key responsibilities:
We're Dynamic & Innovative.
- Monitor expenditure and process payments for suppliers.
- Monitoring and managing various tender sites for new and existing opportunities.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and conference registrations for team members.
- Organising internal and external events.
- Attends meetings and takes meeting notes.
- Collate returnable schedules and other deliverables for tenders.
- Create and maintain a bid library of standardised content, templates, and case studies for future use.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials.
- Full participation and support to Orange Excellence initiatives and projects.

You will have the following experience:
- Sound computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office software

- Excellent time management skills
- Be proficient in all areas of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
