The Customer Success Associate is a key role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Providing technical support and guidance on Infonetica products to customers via our support desk
  • Proactively adding additional value to our customers by identifying customer needs and providing solutions using Infonetica products
  • Using Infonetica's toolkit to monitor customer usage to provide advice to customers on product features
  • Creating and delivering customer training, both face-to-face and with supportive documentation
  • Providing reporting on customer data to internal stakeholders
  • Being engaged in the feedback loop to the Product and Development teams
  • Exhibiting behaviours that are customer-centric to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely and collaboratively within Customer Success and other Infonetica team members to resolve issues, implement products and deliver services

Core skills and experience:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to pick up a technical understanding of new tools and train others in their use
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable skills and experience:

·Experience working in a SaaS business

·Experience working in a customer-facing role

·Experience working in a project management role

Remuneration & Reward:

·Competitive base salary

·20 days annual leave

Working Location:

The primary work location for the role is Chatswood, NSW We are currently working 1 day a week in the office on alternate Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
