This established not-for-profit organisation that provides integral services to the community is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
As a leader in their field, they are values-driven to provide the highest levels of care to their clients across a variety of allied health practices.
Working with a small team of experienced and down-to-earth Talent Acquisition professionals, teamwork is of utmost importance.
They pride themselves on providing integral support to their key stakeholders and add value with the premium talent they provide across the business.
They offer hybrid working arrangements post training adding to their flexible approach to work.Your Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, your role involves:
- Posting job adverts
- Reference checks
- Assisting with compliance
- Arranging interviews / liaising with internal key stakeholders
- Facilitating interview processes
- Assisting with the recruitment / onboarding life cycle
- Recruitment Administration Support
Your Profile
You will thrive in an environment that is undertaking a current change management program You will work with urgency and have the ability to multitask with multiple conflicting priorities.
You will have a flexible approach to your work, thriving when you provide assistance to the team and your key stakeholders.
Client experience is at the forefront of everything you do, and you will gain satisfaction through the support you provide.
You will be systems savvy, and exposure to Workday will be advantageous; however, not essential.Experience utilising various job boards and posting job advertisements is essential, as well as attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
