About the opportunities:


We are seeking two driven and agile HR leaders to join our expanding team who will support the provision of quality strategic and operational HR support across our growing services.


You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the business to manage the impact of growth, transformational change, manage and resolve workforce and employee related issues, and enhance the capability of business managers through coaching and guidance.


We are also seeking to build an eligibility list, valid for 18 months, which may be used to fill future temporary or permanent roles in our team.


About you:


You are passionate about all things people, you thrive when you work collaboratively, you develop strong working relationships and deliver leading practice, people focused solutions to ensure that people and culture matters are effectively and efficiently delivered in line with business goals.


You:

  • Have tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business or another related discipline with several years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Possess impeccable communication skills, and are adept in building capability through your coaching, mentoring and influencing abilities.
  • Ideally have experience in supporting and delivering innovative people focussed solutions in a fast paced, complex and growing organisation. Or be ready to take this next step in your career.
  • Hold a Current Driver's License and willingness to travel between Warrigal locations in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and ACT.
