**Job description**:
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Advisor, based in Inverness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice, guidance, coaching and support to the HR and Management Teams on all people related issues
- Support the HR Manager with preparation and presentation of HR statistical data for monthly executive site review meetings
- Support the HR Manager with HR data analysis and data integrity
- Coordination and managment of recruitment processes including liaising with external agencies
- Ensure HR people related policies/procedures are business relevant and compliant with legislation
- Provide support and development opportunities to the HR Administrator
- Supporting Managers with all disciplinary and grievance matters and attending all formal meetings)
- Assisting Managers with absence monitoring and related employee conversations
- Supporting the management team with Personal Development, Performance Improvement and Succession plans
- Engagment with Occupational Health provider to support employee and copany needs
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to drive initiatives forward

Skills and Experience
- CIPD qualified, or working towards
- Previous relevant HR experience
- HR Legislation current knowledge/practice
- Educated to Standard Grade qualification or equivalent (Essential)
- Strong communiction, interpersonal and organisational skills
- A professional and mature maner with good mediating and negotiating skills
