Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regulatory strategies and policies that support Galderma's business goals and objectives in Australia and New Zealand.- Manage a team of regulatory affairs professionals, providing guidance and leadership on regulatory issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.- Liaise with regulatory agencies and industry bodies to maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and changes that may impact the business.- Ensure that all product submissions and regulatory filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.- Conduct regulatory assessments of new products or changes to existing products, and provide guidance on compliance issues.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D, commercial, and legal teams.- Represent Galderma at regulatory meetings and conferences, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.


Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field; advanced degree preferred.- At least 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs for pharmaceutical products, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in Australia and New Zealand.- Experience leading a team of regulatory affairs professionals, providing guidance and leadership on regulatory issues.- Strong understanding of drug development processes and clinical trial requirements.- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.- Proven track record of success in managing regulatory affairs for pharmaceutical / consumer products.
