The Star Sydney is currently looking for Cooks to make a great career move and join our Pastry team. This is a great opportunity for aspiring chefs to learn and grow alongside some of the best Chefs in Sydney.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a commercial pastry kitchen is desired
  • Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operation
  • The right "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques.
  • Flexibility to work and commit on a rotating roster that can include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
