As part of your role, you'll be responsible for providing legal support to all of Zurich's legal teams, including advice on various corporate law matters, such as contract reviews, directors' responsibilities, and intellectual property issues. You will also offer guidance on financial services licensing, insurance product development, and financial product distribution.

Key to your success - let's progress together

  • Hold recognized legal qualifications in Australia and be eligible to practice law in New South Wales.
  • Have experience in general corporate and commercial law, ideally in a law firm or in-house role, with a good understanding of the Corporations Act and the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze issues, provide clear advice in a non-legalistic manner, and receive instructions effectively.
  • Possess strong written communication skills and the capability to create various documents showcasing language proficiency, clarity of thinking, and well-structured presentation.
  • Show strong interpersonal skills, building and nurturing transparent relationships at all organizational levels, while demonstrating professional customer relationship skills.
