They are dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to clients while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for employees.
About the role:
- The Facilities Clerk will support the professional running of office operations and facilities.
- Communication is key in managing this jobshare role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sorting, distributing and sending internal and external mail, including couriers and court filing.
- Ordering stationery, supplies and office equipment.
- Handling building maintenance requests and issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Assisting with staff movements, including moving office equipment and furniture.
- Assisting with event set up, clean up and pack down.
- Coordinate payment of invoices and general administrative duties and support as required.
- Processing of archiving including data entry and maintaining offsite storage procedures.
- Providing relief cover for the Receptionist, including breaks and periods of leave.
