  • Has previous automotive Business Manager Experience and strong negotiation skills

  • Has strict adherence to compliance and ability to follow process
  • Has a high level of computer literacy
  • Era experience highly regarded
  • Demonstrates leadership ability through supporting the sales team in successfully closing deals
  • Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers at all times
  • Enjoys working in a retail environment

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Offer our customers 100% of our products 100% of the time
  • Maintain finance log and accurately record figures
  • Receipt customer deposits and finalise vehicle payments
  • Quote, sell and prepare insurance documentation
  • Achieve targets and KPI's in relation to the sale of finance and insurance
  • Perform PPSR checks
  • Tax invoice preparation
  • Follow business process adhering to our F & I policy at all times
