Role
Analysts will support project management and execution, business development, financial and resource management, and technical project delivery.

There are two openings for the analyst role, one is based in Brisbane and one is based in Canberra, both on a full-time, permanent basis.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and accurate project support and initiate solutions to client or project issues.
  • Assist in business development activities across all portfolio areas, predominantly associated with the preparation of bids and tenders, research activities, and maintaining opportunity pipeline database.
  • Support consulting engagements as required through the completion of research and administrative tasks.
  • Develop client and stakeholder relationships across your assignments and maintain professional and effective relationships with your colleagues.
  • Provide financial and resourcing support in the delivery of projects.
  • Assist in the production of highquality reports, strategy documents, and presentations for clients.
  • Participate in and contribute to other APAC Corporate priorities and initiatives as required.

Key Requirements**A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of employment experience within a relevant field. This includes but is not limited to the areas of International Development, Agriculture, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering and Political Science.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior research and analytical skills.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, including excellent skills in Excel.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in teams and with clients.
  • Highly developed organisational skills.
  • Agility and the ability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations throughout the APAC region.
