Exciting opportunity for a Logistics and Administration Assistant to become part of a medium-sized Technology company located in North Sydney. This role is perfect for an individual with strong administration skills, particularly in logistics and accounts administration, and who also enjoys providing excellent customer service. The focus will be on providing support to the broader team with a particular emphasis on logistics and administrative tasks.

You will be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment focusing on all things logistics admin.

About the role:

  • Booking couriers for pick-ups and deliveries
  • Check previous days invoices and ensure they match up
  • Prepare and mail out monthly statements
  • Maintaining of customer records
  • Creating of work orders

About you:

  • Previous experience in customer service, invoicing, operations or administration
  • A friendly and professional manner
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and have strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office level specifically Word and Excel
