Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate rosters for care and support staff.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure rostering needs are met.
  • Utilise advanced computer skills to input and maintain rostering data accurately.
  • Demonstrate initiative in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing staffing issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or community care sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High-level computer literacy, including proficiency in rostering software.
  • Valid Working With Vulnerable People Certificate.
  • Current Police Check.
