Key Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the digital marketing and transformation roadmap in partnership with Marketing Team Leader
  • Manage agencies and the core areas of campaign planning, optimisation, integration, conversation and analytics to ensure all campaigns are optimised.
  • Uplift all digital media capabilities and provide leadership, direction and mentoring to direct reports to create a cohesive and collaborative team environment
  • Create a culture of experimentation using data and insights to inform optimisation approaches.
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to deliver engaging digital campaigns across multiple channels including electronic direct mail

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in marketing, digital marketing business or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of digital best practice, integrated marketing, data and analytics and digital transformation
  • Experience developing and executing both short and long term strategic plans.
  • Proven experience writing copy and creating digital assets for social posts including brochure creation
  • Demonstrated experience in Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp and Office 365 products
