Office Coordinator Property Development

Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia Eight Recruitment Full time
Be the saving grace of the development, legal, financial and wider team.

  • Permanent Full Time Position.
  • Onsite Parking in the heart of Newcastle.

With an impressive reputation, insatiable appetite for continued growth this business is led by an incredible management team and you will join the ranks as the missing piece that keeps this high performing yet down to earth business running smoothly.

As the Office Coordinator you naturally consider yourself a bit of a superstar in getting the job done. Juggling and prioritizing tasks is your jam, and you enjoy being the owner of your domain.

Checklists can be a bit boring and repetitive, some responsibilities you will have are:

  • Supporting the Development team with all the finer tasks and details
  • whether that be preparing project reports or checking and updating purchase orders.
  • General Office Administration tasks like data entry, answering phones, confirming appointments and meetings, greeting clients (you get the jist).
  • Manage all daily activities of administration and communication for the team in the office.
  • Assist with the coordination and tracking of activities and support the planning of inhouse and offsite events.
  • Support the inhouse legal counsel with their administration tasks as required.

What Are We Looking For?

  • 2+ Years' experience in an office administrator/office manager position (or similar).
  • Someone who considers themselves a jack of all trades (and master of all of them as well).
  • Proactiveness you possess a high level of planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong people and communication skills. We all want to enjoy the place we work so a bit of friendly banter and some laughs with your team is a must.
  • An individual who enjoys helping multiple leaders within a business (more knowledge is power right?).

The Next Steps:

***If you enjoy a role where you are constantly doing something different, jumping in and helping wherever you can and being the one people call out for when they need help; then this is the role for you.
