About the Role
Be a part of our journey in this new critical strategic role in the People Experience Team. As the Workforce Planning Lead, you will shape our contemporary approach to workforce planning, people systems and reporting. Your role will be pivotal in establishing the workforce strategies that align with our current and future organisational needs.

What we are seeking

  • A contemporary professional with the capacity to deliver and develop workforce planning aligned with best practice
  • An innovative thinker who translates strategy within a change management framework
  • A leader who inspires, motivates, and is actively engaged in the management of their team.
  • Experienced in using HR systems and reporting to support data driven decision making.
  • A customer focussed professional who can engage across all levels of the business to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Flexible and agile with initiative able to manage changing priorities and competing tasks.
  • Tertiary qualified in HR, OD or related field and experienced in a similar leadership role.
