What you can expect in this role

Be ready to lead and support a variety of initiatives, strategies, projects, and programs within Reference Labs operations.

Act as a point of expertise with stakeholders on improvement initiatives that drive business strategy. You will collaborate actively with others and ensure execution.

Participate in projects to implement initiatives, identify project opportunities, improve turnaround times, as well as generate ideas and solutions.

Facilitate processes, implement actions, and evaluate results.

Gather and analyze data and metrics to evaluate and prepare recommendations.

Identify, evaluate, and implement system, process or procedure improvement opportunities using a solid lean methodology and tool set.

What you will need to succeed


We are looking for a change creator - someone with the proactivity to identify improvement areas in the lab business operations' environment.

You need to manage your many stakeholders at all levels, so to succeed in your role, utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills Next to that, you will be a great fit if you have the following skillset:

You have proven capability in leading change as well as strong project management skills.

Experience of using lean six sigma tools and running continuous improvement projects and initiatives.


You will be able to take initiative and have a level of maturity to take on such a complex and pivotal role.

You should pride yourself for having solid analytical skills and attention to detail

You will need to be flexible in terms of extensive travel across the Asia-Pacific region.


English will be the primary language, however if you are multilingual that would be ideal as this role will be supporting regions such as Korea, Japan and China as well as Australia and New Zealand.
