Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management Support: Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns in the Australian market. Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure campaigns are properly set up in marketing automation and CRM systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Enable Lifecycle Marketing campaigns: Educate ANZ Marketing team members on best email campaign practices and offer support in building and troubleshooting Marketo email programs.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance marketing workflows and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Identify automation opportunities to increase productivity and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics using data analytics tools, track key KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends and ROI.
  • Lead Management: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to manage lead information collection, prioritization, qualification, and hand-off to sales for high-quality leads.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and optimize marketing budgets across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI and reach objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals. Foster communication and collaboration to drive integrated marketing efforts.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure marketing activities comply with pertinent regulations, data privacy laws, financial standards, and advertising guidelines.

What you bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, technology, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Current Marketo Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
  • Proven success in managing marketing technology platforms, streamlining processes, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Looker, Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and a zeal for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.

It's great if you have:

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.
  • Additional marketing certifications and experience in related technology platforms (e.g., CDPs, testing tools).
