About The Role

I-MED Radiology are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with a high attention to detail and experience working within a high-volume environment.

You will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices received, complete and process the payment of all I-MED approved invoices in accordance with I-MED policies and assist in the management of I-MED employee expense reimbursement.


Key accountabilities include:

  • Processing and payment of I-MED Radiology invoices, ensuring all invoices to be paid have been authorized in accordance with I-MED policies and procedures
  • Responding to enquiries from internal and external customers regarding accounts payablerelated matters in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner
  • Management of Accounts Payable Reconciliation Processes, including reviewing all nominated statements received from suppliers/vendors, completing reconciliation of payments due and problem solving to resolve any issues identified as required.
  • Administration of the Credit Card Management system including setting up new users and cancelling cards from staff who have left the organization
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of projects and new initiatives designed to enhance the quality of accounts payable services and/or improve process efficiencies as required

About You:


You will have 3+ years experience working within an account's payable environment with the ability to handle heavy workloads while ensuring high attention to detail.

You will be self-motivated and highly organised, thriving in a small team environment. You will need strong administration and data entry skills alongside excellent time management. Experience in using a credit management and automation system would be ideal but not essential.
