Temporary full time and part time positions - 12 months contract
Joondalup Health Campus (JHC), managed by Ramsay Health Care, is Australia's largest private hospital. Its 80-bed Urban District Emergency Department in Perth's northern suburbs serves over 90,000 patients yearly.

With accessible consultants and diverse hands-on experience, including paediatrics, obstetrics, gynaecology, and trauma, Joondalup presents a prime opportunity.

About the Role:

  • Supportive and enthusiastic consultants, with a FACEM presence in ED for 16 hours+ per day
  • Compassionate and friendly nursing staff with great relationships with the ED medical team. (
    JHC has been rated 'A' for culture and morale by the AMA WA 5 years in a row.)
  • 24 months of ACEMaccredited advanced training (urban district) and paediatric logbook
  • Access to multiple rotations including critical care, anesthetics, paediatrics, general medicine.
  • Active education programs with up to five hours of protected teaching time per week, including ED registrar CME and WBA sessions
  • Access to ASUM supervisors for completion of ultrasound logbooks

About You - desirable criteria:

  • Recent experience in Emergency Medicine
  • Junior registrars PGYE 3+ will be considered
  • ACEM trainee desirable
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Strong commitment to high quality patient care
  • Demonstrated commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values
  • Current AHPRA registration or eligibility via competent authority pathway (UK, Canada, USA, NZ, Ireland)
