We are looking for a
Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.


The role best suits someone who is self-driven, energetic and eager to develop their knowledge and skills across a broad range of HR functions.

Based at our Wayville office in Adelaide, you'll provide HR support to projects across Australia, including the opportunity to travel to remote projects as required.


Role Responsibilities:

  • End to end high volume recruitment & onboarding;
  • Providing IR/ER advice and support as required;
  • Drive the performance feedback process with managers;
  • Support and coach managers across a range of HR activities including performance management, succession planning, talent and reward processes & professional development.
  • Injury and return to work management; and
  • Participate in HR specific projects.

Role Requirements:

  • Tertiary HR Qualification (_or equivalent_);
  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Ability to competently use Microsoft Office; and
  • Experience with a HRIS system (_highly regarded_).
