TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Auditing drivers' paperwork ensuring all is fully and correctly completed in line with company procedures.
  • Completing daily cross checks and reconciliation of trip pack paperwork (logbook vs Fatigue sheet, Pallet documentation etc )
  • Reviewing log sheets and validating any down time to remove time wastage
  • Coaching and holding drivers accountable drivers on their paperwork compliance and standard
  • Up managing nonconformance to management

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated safety and compliance focus
  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of transport management systems and processes
  • Excellent time management & multitasking skills
  • Very strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problemsolving capability.
