Our client is a market leading industrial products manufacturer who are part of a global group with multiple business units located around ANZ.

Due to business growth a newly created opportunity has been opened for a proven Continuous Improvement Specialist to join the organisation and drive forward quality outcomes.

The client prides themselves on the highest quality of product out there in the market and this role supports the site operations teams to drive root cause analysis of issues that may impact the overall quality of the finished product.

The successful incumbent will validate and analyse claims data, identify trends and drive site-based improvement initiatives. Critical to the success of this role will be the ability to engage with stakeholders around the business and work autonomously to drive successful outcomes to guarantee product quality.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Degree qualification is desired but not essential.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement leading to quality improvements in a manufacturing/engineering setting.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills.
