The Role:
As our Continuous Improvement Engineer you'll be an integral part of our site's operational team, providing strategic support and driving CI improvement initiatives that will work hand in hand with quality. Reporting directly to the National Quality Manager, you'll:
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
  • Leading and facilitating improvement projects which will 'Right First Time" culture
  • Working intimately with production & maintenance to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Delivering training and capability programs, building and ensuring CI activities are documented to enable organisational learning and sustainable change.
  • Lead internal audits to uphold customer and business expectations.
  • Oversee product trials to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Analyse data and spearhead site-based improvement projects.
  • Implement and maintain effective Non-conforming (NCR) programs.
  • Provide comprehensive training on quality requirements.
Your Profile:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Strong experience in previous continuous improvement / process improvement roles.
  • Strong CI project experience
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong auditing skills, with certification preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
  • A degree Engineering (highly desirable).
