Your New Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations.

You will be responsible for analysing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain process.

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity;
Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components;
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and stockouts;
Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement;
Work with Master Scheduler on weekly/daily basis to align assembly with packing jobs;
Create and share the picking schedule for the packing work centre on daily basis; and

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure on-time delivery to customers

To qualify for this role, you must have

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field;
Proven experience in supply planning or production;
Minimum 5 years' experience in production planning/materials control function within manufacturing business;
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other planning tools;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder engagement skills;
Strong problem solving skills; and

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
