Working in a dynamic team, you will have responsibility for the full HRBP function engaging with high-level stakeholders to ensure the HR strategy and initiatives are achieved.

Description

The key accountability includes:

  • Lead and manage all human resource functions through a business partnering service model
  • Partnering with the business to design, develop and implement strategies to attract, induct, engage, retain and develop employees.
  • Creating a highperformance organisational culture in which accountability, teamwork, and transparency are key values
  • Provide strategic HR & IR advice, improve business practices, lead change management projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Provide advice to senior managers on operational people matters, risks, issues and trends to keep managers informed and supported, including coaching managers concerning change management, engagement, and workforce planning issues.

Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Extensive experience working within a blue-collar environment
  • Extensive experience with leading and handling ER matters
  • Ability to interpret EAs and provide advice
  • Ability to influence outcomes and command respect
  • High level of resilience with the ability to be adaptable
  • Experience working in a fastpaced & high workvolume environment
