About the Role


In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your strong understanding of residential real estate contracts and administration to ensure timely processing and accurate execution.

You'll be a champion for our clients, providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring Smooth Contract Management and Member Support:


  • Maintain a Streamlined Pipeline: Monitor the Property Services pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address them to ensure smooth progress.

Drive Contract Efficiency: Follow up on Master Contract reviews and requested contracts for vendors. Ensure contracts are verified, and issued, and EOI documents are compliant in a timely manner.

Expedite Deposit Processing: Proactively communicate with external contacts to accelerate deposit collection processes.

Manage Requests and Refunds: Handle DON/DOR/DOC requests and effectively manage refund requests.

Maintain Data Integrity: Actively manage HubSpot data to ensure compliance with internal regulations.

Track Deposit Status: Verify Strategist/Member deposit status and provide updates.

Member and Strategist Support: Offer support on contract-related matters to both members and strategists.

Effective External Communication: Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with external stakeholders.

Contract Tracking and Status Checks: Regularly check on the status of contracts and keep all parties informed.
