Position Overview:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations at warehouses to ensure service and continuous improvement.
  • Manage billing and sales order processing to create accurate client invoices.
  • Ensure financial control during order processing to prevent revenue leakages.
  • Resolve exceptions and queries related to tender orders.
  • Design and prepare management reports on operating performance.
  • Manage import and export processes with freight forwarders.
  • Ensure logistic suppliers are aligned with Supply Chain strategies.
  • Set up SAP logistics parameters accurately.
  • Maintain updated SOP's and WI's complying with ISO requirements.
  • Collaborate on planning activities and projects.
  • Support supply chain lead in developing the distribution network.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and pricing.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform assigned duties.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience in critical Supply Chain areas
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain roles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Intermediate data analytics and SAP knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and BI tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • IT/systems skills
  • Soft skills essential for role success
